Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your Sunday Siblings purchase therefore we will happily exchange your item within fourteen days of receiving your order, pending the items are unused, unwashed and with tags still attached.
Please email us hellosundaysiblings@gmail.com with your exchange request. 
Please note that should you wish to return your item(s) for an exchange, we will not cover shipping costs to return the item to us but we will cover the cost of returning it back to you. 
*Sale items are final and we will not accept any returns, exchanges or credit notes for these items.

Faulty Items

If you have received a faulty item we ask you to kindly email us hellosundaysiblings@gmail.com with a photo of the fault. We will then take appropriate action by offering a refund or replacing the item.

Shipping

LOCAL PICKUP

If you select the local pick up option at checkout, please allow 2 working days to be emailed to pick up your items on our designated pick up days. The pick up collection email will outline the address and directions to the collection box.

DOMESTIC

Domestic parcels are shipped using Australia Post. You can choose between standard shipping and express shipping, when available in your area.

INTERNATIONAL

We now offer standard shipping to New Zealand via Australia Post International.
