Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Sunday Siblings purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of you receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unused and unwashed
- In their original condition with tags attached
- Returned with proof of purchase

Return postage: Customers are responsible for the cost of sending items back to us. We'll happily cover the cost of shipping your exchanged item back to you.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or credited unless deemed faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you've received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please click here. Please have your order number and photos of the issue prepared. We'll assess the claim and organise a replacement, exchange or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll let you know if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Shipping
Australia
Orders are shipped via Australia Post. Standard and Express Shipping options are available at checkout.
International
International orders are shipped via Australia Post using Standard International Shipping.
Please allow 2–8 business days for your order to be dispatched during standard trading periods. Dispatch times may be longer during collection launches, sale events or public holidays.
European Union Customers
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period in accordance with applicable consumer laws. Items must still be returned in their original, unworn condition with tags attached and proof of purchase.
Pre-order
Please note: If your order contains a pre-order item, your entire order will be shipped together in one shipment once the pre-order item is available.
